Our Code :D

  1. Treat each other with Respect

  1. Do not blame one another openly in front of other team members. This only creates more conflict.

  1. Instead, speak to that person in private and resolve the issue before the next meeting.

  1. If you are uncomfortable approaching said person, ask another member of the group to approach him/her.

  1. Or, you could call a meeting to resolve this problem peacefully.

  1. Teasing is fine, as long as there is nothing personal and is not intended to hurt the other person.

  1. Do not be afraid to speak up if someone is treating you unfairly.

  1. Feel free to share any ideas or suggestions you have politely.

  1. Sharing ideas rudely will only prevent others from considering your ideas and will create conflict.

  1. Remain focused on a task at all times

  1. All Team Members

  1. Complete each task to the best of your ability.

  1. Do not be afraid to speak out if you feel that too much work has been assigned to you, or that you are unable to complete the task to the best of your ability due to circumstances beyond your control.

  1. Do not distract fellow teammates e.g talking about unrelated topics, clogging group chats with non-constructive messages, e.t.c

  1. Team Leader

  1. Make sure that all group members have a task to work on. Do not leave anyone out of anything.

  1. Ensure that all group members are aware of what is going on to avoid confusions.

  1. Inform others of anything that may obstruct a meeting

  1. If you are unable to make it to a meeting, online or otherwise, inform the leader of the group why so that he/she can make adjustments as needed.

  1. If you need to leave the computer during an online discussion, inform the members of the group before hand.

  1. If you must leave without prior notice, inform others of your reason when you come back.

  1. Clarify if needed

  1. Check the Team blog to clarify any doubts about your assignments

  1. If you have any questions, ask the team leader.

  1. If you encounter any problems, feel free to ask any team member for guidance, or advice.
